who enforces our state, federal, military laws?
I have a positive storied career with the US Army, with evaluation reports above the top percentage of the majority over 13 years of active service. Since joining the army national guard in 2004, I have ran into the good ole boy system, anarchy and military commands failure to follow the majority of state, federal, and military law, but no one in our federal government inclucing our politicians will step forth and enforce the laws, they pass it on to someone else to handle, in which will end up forcing a lawsuit and my writing a book about the negative aspects of the army national guard. I have experienced with tennessee army national guard:
1. wrongful discharge
2. unethical demotion boards that failed to follow military law
3. reprisal and discrimination, racism
4.fraudulent awards, individual and unit awards. (purple hearts and bronze stars), in 2005 Iraq. fratricide-death of a soldier by friendly fire.
5. no promotions of mulitple soldiers, who are no longer with TANG and currently in.
6. harrassment
7. failure to follow equal employment opportunity
8. abuse of Army Safety Program
9. Failure to secure military personel records
10. false implementation of arrest warrants
11. failure to pay personnel
12. police misconduct, soldiers in command that are police officers and federal sheriffs.
13. failure to follow Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, racism, stereotyping of soldiers that were native american, black, hispanic.
14. violations of OSHA, occupational Safety health
15. Tenn. state governor phil bredesen, ignored pleas from state army national guard soldiers to correct the problem.
16. falsified military documents
So, where does a person go to get the laws enforced?
